I drove over the Skyway while the sun was setting. It's been foggy here this past week, so I thought there might be a vibrant sunset. Didn't know exactly where I was, but knew how to get to the water. Although it wasn't what I had hoped for, Pepper and I still enjoyed our time hanging out by the dock.
Ali surprised me for our eight-year anniversary with an amazing helicopter tour! I think I had only been in a helicopter one other time in my life when I was really young but remember nothing from it. This time, however, was very memorable. We started out at Albert Whitted and flew from DTSP to Johns' Pass and up towards Ft. DeSoto before heading back to the airport. Although I was a little scared at first to go up, it ended up being one of my favorite activities we've ever done.
